The general terms of sale are provided for the purpose of enabling buyers to place an order. By placing an order the buyer acknowledges his/ her complete acceptance, without exception, of the general sales conditions.
1 – PRICES
1.1- The prices that are listed by Fox in a Box Malmö include a 60 minutes play of our game, and are shown in SEK.
1.2- All other services that are not included in the initial reservation will be billed in addition.
1.3- Fox in a Box Malmö is an obligatory taxpayer.
1.4- Fox in a Box Malmö reserves the right to request an ID from customers who might be minors.
1.5- Fox in a Box Malmö reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Services will be billed according to the rates in effect at the moment the order is placed.
2 – RESERVATIONS
2.1- Availability All reservations are processed in real time and are subject to availability. The sale will not be considered final until receipt of a confirmation email from Fox in a Box Malmö with the order number. The credit card will immediately be debited for the amount of services booked when purchasing online, and authorized for a reservation of “On the Spot”.
2.2- Exchange / Cancellations: Cancellation policy is as follows, for each of the payment varieties.
On the Spot: Upon order, the cost of the deposit is not drawn from the card but authorized, and then the deposit amount is drawn 48 hours prior to the scheduled start of the game. Cancellations ordered during that time(48 hours prior to the start of the game, and the order time/date) will result in no charge, and the authorization will be released from the card used to make the order. If the cancellation is requested 48-24 hours prior to the scheduled start of the game: you may reschedule your game to a later date, or receive a voucher for the value of your game, but the return of the deposit amount will occur. If the cancellation is requested 24-0 hours before the scheduled start of the game: you may not reschedule or receive a voucher, as well as your deposit, will be forfeit.
Pay Now(Credit Card): No refund will be provided for cancellations when using this booking, regardless of the time previous to the start of the event and the request submitted.
Invoice(Organization): All invoiced games will have 48 hours to cancel their booking, or a number of their rooms, to receive no charge. If the request to cancel is sent within 24 hours of the event, a charge of 325SEK may be applied for any rooms reserved at the time the order was placed.
2.3- Room Arrangement Since Fox in a Box Malmö prepares each of the game-rooms every day, depending on the number of people booked, a room plan cannot be provided, and no complaints will be accepted regarding the assignment of a room by Fox in a Box Malmö.
2.4- Confidentiality By purchasing buyer certifies that Fox in a Box Malmö games, components, and puzzles are to be regarded as confidential. Any full or partial disclosure or publication to any third party violates Fox in a Box Malmö business interests.
3 – METHODS OF PAYMENT- We do not accept any variety of cash payment. Only the following payments may be accepted.
Pay Now(Credit Card), require a valid credit or debit card to be used when placing the order. Please note, we do not accept American Express on our online payment portal. If you have chosen the On the Spot option when you arrive to pay the amount of your event please know no cash will be accepted, and only at our locations can we accept a payment via Swish.
Invoice(Organization): For a valid business to receive an invoice for services the form must be filled out correctly when the order is placed. A fee of 50kr may be applied to any invoice that requires a physical copy to be posted. The due date for invoice payment is 30 days from the date of the event.
4 – SECURITY OF PAYMENT AND PERSONAL DATA
4.1- Security of payment
Fox in a Box Malmö has entrusted its payment system to a specialist in online payment security. We do not keep any customer credit card information on our database.
4.2- Personal data
By booking through www.foxinaboxmalmo.se, you consent to the use of those items of your personal data which are necessary to ensure the proper processing of orders. Fox in a Box Malmö undertakes to only use this database for information purposes and commercial offers for Fox in a Box Malmö Games, and not to divulge these data to third parties except upon request by a judicial authority or other administrative authority empowered by law to request the communication of this information. All data is handled with the greatest degree of care and discretion.
5 – ELECTRONIC BOOKING
5.1- Each booking has a unique order number which permits the access to our game.
5.2- The buyer will receive by email a booking confirmation that includes, order number, the exact date, and time of his reservation.
6 – INTERNAL REGULATIONS FOR THE GAME AT FOX IN A BOX MALMÖ
6.1- Fox in a Box Malmö does its utmost to offer you a game room that lives up to your expectations. However, the order, arrangement and casting of the game remain at the discretion of Fox in a Box Malmö and no complaints will be accepted in the case of a modification to the game.
6.2- It is strictly prohibited to take pictures, film or to record all or part of the game, or of the hall. Any violation of this prohibition will be sanctioned by the confiscation of the device until the end of the game, or will lead to the eviction of the game room, and could be prosecuted before the courts.
6.3- In addition, it is forbidden to reproduce texts, logos, images or any other element which appears either on the WEB site Fox in a Box Malmö, or emails sent by Fox in a Box Malmö.
6.4- Any big damage during the game will be a charge to players. Big damage is considered to be the one that requires closing the room until repair.
6.5- Fox in a Box Malmö declines all responsibility for any damages relating to objects belonging to customers which have not been deposited at the reception desk, an area reserved for this purpose.
6.6- Fox in a Box Malmö is a non-smoking environment.
7 – APPLICABLE LAWS – JURISDICTION
The present general sales conditions are subject of the Swedish law. Swedish Courts shall have sole jurisdiction in case of litigation.
